If your order is delivered to a country in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.

How long you have

The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you, or someone you name other than the carrier, receive the goods. If your order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days start from the day you receive the last one.

How to withdraw

The quickest way is the form below: fill in your order details and press Confirm withdrawal. We'll confirm by email that we have received it.

You can also tell us in any other clear way, for example by email to support@oldenmere.com, using the model text at the end of this page if you like. It is enough to send your notice before the 14 days are over.

Sending the items back

After your notice, we reply with the return instructions. Please send the items back within 14 days of telling us. You cover the direct cost of returning them, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered.

Please return the items in the condition you received them. You are only responsible for any loss in value caused by handling them beyond what is needed to check their nature, characteristics and fit.

Your refund

We refund everything you paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We use the same payment method you used for the order, at no cost to you. We may wait to refund until the items have arrived back, or until you send proof that you have posted them, whichever comes first. If you chose express delivery, we only refund the cost of standard delivery.

This right applies alongside our 30-day return policy and does not affect your statutory rights.
