Every order ships with tracking and Shipping Protection included.

Where we deliver

We deliver worldwide. The shipping options available for your country are shown at checkout, together with the carrier that delivers your parcel in your country (for example USPS in the United States, Royal Mail in the United Kingdom or DHL in other countries).

Processing time

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are prepared from the next business day. You'll receive an email when your order is confirmed and another, with a tracking number, when it ships.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Busy periods, customs checks and local couriers can add a few days.

Our pieces ship directly from our production partner in China, which is why delivery takes longer than domestic post.

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection is included with every order at no extra cost. If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we send a replacement or refund you in full.

If your order hasn't arrived 10 business days after the end of the estimated delivery window, or if it arrives damaged, write to support@oldenmere.com with your order number. For damage, please include a photo of the item and the packaging.

Tracking

Your tracking number is in your shipping confirmation email. It can take 2 to 3 business days for tracking to show movement after dispatch.

Delivery address

Please check your address before paying. If you spot a mistake, write to us straight away; we can change the address until the order ships. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we'll contact you to arrange a new delivery, and a reshipping fee may apply.

Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards and the express payment options shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
